Campeggio Villaggio Tamerice

Villaggio Camping Tamerice is a holiday resort and campground that covers an area of 10,000 square meters at the Nocera Torinese marina (CZ). It sits right on the beach facing the beautiful Tyrrhenian Sea and is surrounded by verdant Tamerice maritime pine trees, for which it is named.

Its excellent location is the perfect point of departure and arrival for tours in the region: it is 2 km from the A3 motorway (SA/RC) at the Falerna exit and 15 km from the Lamezia Terme airport and central train station (the “Terme di Caronte” hot springs resort is open until the end of December).
The resort, which sits in an insect-free area with a hot, breezy climate and very low humidity, is ideal for all sorts of water sports and other recreational activities. Guests will be sure to enjoy a relaxing and entertaining vacation in a cordial, friendly atmosphere.

In the resort you’ll enjoy the social activities that include dancing, water aerobics in the beautiful swimming pool, lots of different games, sports tournaments and board games, happy hour games, a mini club for kids, theme evenings, and evenings on the beach. You’ll relax with strolls on the beach at sunset when the red sky reflects in the beautiful sea, or in the bungalows and town houses in various formats: furnished one, two and three-room apartments, with fully equipped kitchenettes, that accommodate 2/3, 4/5, 6, and 7 persons.

Besides offering accommodations and bungalows, the resort also has open camp ground spaces in the shade of the Tamerici pines. The camping sites for campers, caravans and tents, which are all provided with electricity hookups (3 amp CEI standard), are the perfect place for enjoying the natural setting and relaxing after a year of hard work and stress.

From the resort, excursions can be taken to visit Sila, the bronze statues in Riace, Taormina (the Eolie Islands can be reached by motorboat from the tourist port just 4 km from the resort).
