Campeggio Principina

Camping Principina is located in Principina a Mare (GR), in the wonderful Tuscan Maremma.
It is immersed in the pine forest and surrounded by Mediterranean scrub. Its location makes it perfect for a seaside holiday as well as for a stay immersed in nature.

For your holiday you can choose between 450 large pitches, most of them shaded, all equipped with a paid electricity connection (6 amp) and with a free reserved parking space in the internal car park. If you travel in a camper, you will have a drain for chemical toilets and several fountains where you can draw drinking water.
You can also opt for rental facilities already equipped such as deluxe mobile homes with bathroom, Glamping Mini Lodge Essential Chic tents sleeping 2 or safari tents sleeping 4. For those more accustomed to camping life, we also have equipped caravans and equipped house tents in which pets are allowed free of charge (max 2 per structure). All types of structures without an internal bathroom are located close to the shared bathroom complexes.

Pets are our welcome guests as long as they are kept on a leash.

Our beach is 1km from the entrance to the campsite and can be reached on foot (15min) or by bicycle (5min) via the cycle/pedestrian path. Huge beach both in length and depth with very fine sand and sea suitable for children because it slopes gently. Agreement with equipped bathrooms and large portions of free beach also for dogs.

Main bar, restaurant/pizzeria open for dinner and minimarket are available to guests.

Coin-operated washing machines and dryers. The sports area consists of a bowling green, a beach volleyball and beach tennis court and a multipurpose sand court. Possibility of renting bicycles for a fee.
Entertainment for children/teens from mid-June to the end of August in the morning on the beach and in the afternoon at the campsite. Baby dance every evening followed by themed evenings dedicated to adults and disco evenings for young people.

The campsite is an ideal starting point for walks on the paths in the surrounding nature (the Maremma boasts 85km of cycle paths), as well as for excursions and visits to Tuscan cities and villages.
